Risks
What a sealed launch protects you from, and the many things it does not.
Sealed is not safe. Sealed rules only guarantee that fees and limits never change. They say nothing about price: a token launched here can still fall hard, and the early-buy levy means the earliest buyers pay more than later ones.
Price
- A sealed launch keeps its fees and limits. Nothing keeps its price up, and the majority of new tokens end up worth less.
- Some launches never sell out. They then stay on the curve with no pool; selling back to the curve keeps working at the curve price.
- A name, ticker or note says nothing about who is behind a token. Copies are free to make; compare the address.
- A creator can take part in the first buy and sell those tokens whenever they like.
The levy and the cap
- The early-buy levy costs real money. In the opening minutes it can take up to half of what you send; the coin page shows today's rate and when it ends.
- The levy is not returned to buyers. It ends up in the locked pool, where nobody can take it out.
- The per-buy cap counts transactions, not people. Someone with ten wallets can buy ten times the cap.
Pair assets
- A position priced in ETH, in USDG or in one of the stock tokens moves with that asset in dollar terms, whatever the launch does.
- USDG and the stock tokens have issuers with pause and freeze powers. A paused pair halts trading and graduation for every launch priced in it until the pause ends.
- Robinhood stock tokens come with eligibility limits (US persons are excluded). Checking that you are allowed to hold them is up to you.
- Dollar figures on this site use Chainlink feeds that update on a schedule; settlement always happens in the pair asset itself.
Code and infrastructure
- The contract is new code, and new code can contain mistakes.
- Liquidity added at graduation is permanent. There is no rescue path, by design.
- The site, its relay and the public RPC may go down; the contract does not depend on them and can be called directly.
Your wallet
- A signed transaction cannot be undone here, and a lost key cannot be restored.
- No page of this site will ever ask for a recovery phrase, a private key, or a transfer to fix a problem.
- The requests this site makes are limited to: launch, buy, sell, graduate, collect pool fees, claim, and approvals for the launch contract.
